To lock a user account.
1. Click on “Site Admin” in the Navigation bar at the top of the screen.
2. Click "Users" or "Manage User" if you are an organisation admin, to edit existing users of the system.
3. Enter the search criteria, and hit the filter button
Then click the edit button
4. Click the checkbox next to Account Locked to LOCK, and untick to UNLOCK and then click SAVE CHANGES. If you need to reset a user's password, click the checkbook next to Reset Password then click SAVE CHANGES.
