On the home Page Click on Preceptees in the Top Navigation Menu
Search for the user you wish to add a certificate to

Select the Correct Preceptorship Learning Plan from the drop down list
And press the AWARD CERTIFICATE button

Assign a date for the certifictate and then press confirm

This will now show in the Awarded Certificates of the main report

The user can view their certificate by logging into the LMS and clicking on My Completions in the top navigation bar and then clicking download certificate

check ticket status
