Step 1: 

From the homepage select My Learning Plans


Step 2:

Select RJAH Preceptorship Cohort 3 2024/2025 Learning Plan.


Step 3 : 

On this page select the Preceptorship Passport – Cohort 3 – 2024/2025 RJAH Programme.


Step 4:

 

Select and work through each of the sections of the Preceptorship Passport.




Step 5:

On the Preceptor and Preceptee Charter page, remember to place a tick in the box and click Submit button below to sign up to the Preceptee Charter.


Step 6: 

Move the red dots across the rating scale to provide your rating score on the Rate Yourself on the Preceptee Preceptorship Self-Assessment ( Programme Start) Page:

When you have completed your self-assessment click the save my assessment button.


Step 7:

Add text to answer each question.



If you need to stop answering the questions, you can save all your responses by clicking on the save and continue button.

When you have answered the questions, click the save and complete button.

 

Step 8:

Work through and complete all sections of the passport.
