create new ticket
check ticket statusClick ‘Site Admin’
Click ‘Classroom’
Click ‘Individual User Enrolments’
Use the following filters
- Enter the Users Email or Name
- Click ‘List Classroom Courses’
- Select the Enrol Status to ‘Enrolled’
