You have the option to create account specific Terms and Conditions as well as the option to configure MFA for each account type.

There are 4 account types

1. Admin

2. Organisation Admin

3. Special Admi (depticated)

4. User

It is recommended that accounts with elevated privileges have MFA activated.  To do this go to Admin >Account Type Config

Here you can configure the settings for each of the 4 account types.

To enable MFA click the edit icon and switch the Enable MFA slider to on (Green)

You can also switch account types on and off here, we recommend that you leave them all active unless there is a critical need to disable an account type.

The next time a User with a type required to us MFA will be prompted to decide to use either email or an authenticator app as their preferred method of MFA.

To edit the terms and conditions click on the Edit link

make your text changes which includes the text shown on the Accept and Reject buttons.

You can set a policy for what happens if a user declines the Terms and conditions.

If you deny access upon rejection then you can redirect them to any URL.  This may be a page you create using the Sub Pages tab on the Edit Signup Page
