How to change the OMMT Tier of a User

Step 1: Click Site Admin

Step 3: Search the User, and click Filter

Step 5: Edit the User, and click Save
- Use the Drop Down box to select the Tier
- Click 'Completed eLearning on another LMS' is if the user has supplied a certificate, this will allow the to book onto the webinars without completed the eLearning again
